Experiential Learning Sessions

Group therapy and experiential learning that foster psychologically 'safe enough' spaces, building agency and empowerment.

1:1 Therapy, Workshops and Training

Tools and strategies to foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience — drawn from psychotherapy, media and HR experience.

Diagnostic Wellbeing Assessments

A tailored, in-depth evaluation of your organisation's mental health landscape, led by qualified psychotherapists.

About us

Founded by psychotherapists who've sat on both sides of the table.

Daniel and Jack built Bogle & Brenman on a simple belief: workplaces don't need more awareness, they need psychologically safe enough spaces to actually act.

Bogle & Brenman is Daniel's workplace consultancy, delivered alongside his 1:1 psychotherapy practice at Daniel Bogle Therapy.
