Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings and understand how their roots may be affecting you today. Together, we will develop coping mechanisms and build resilience to move towards greater well-being.

I offer a non-judgmental space where you can make sense of your emotions, difficulties, and identity openly and honestly. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or seeking self-discovery, I’m here to support you with a validating approach.

I believe that therapy should be accessible and inclusive for everyone, and I’m particularly interested in providing a space for those from underrepresented groups, ensuring that their voices are heard and their specific needs are acknowledged and addressed with sensitivity and understanding.

With experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and build self-esteem, I draw from various therapeutic approaches to best suit your needs. Whether you’re seeking short-term, focused therapy for specific challenges or a longer-term exploration of identity and personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to create a space of trust, empathy, and respect. My passion lies in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and find their unique path to well-being.

I am a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist (Registration no 2011172476).

I hold a Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute and a Master of Science in Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, two leading training institutions in the UK in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I bring a comprehensive set of skills and experience to my practice. My background includes training in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and various therapeutic modalities. This allows me to provide tailored, holistic care to meet a variety of client needs.

People often ask what the difference between counselling and psychotherapy is. They are both talking therapies, though I see counselling as being more short term and solution focused and well suited for clients who wish to talk through a particular issue that may be troubling them (usually 6-12 sessions). Psychotherapy, on the other hand, I see as a more long-term in depth exploration of the person’s problems and concerns.

Both counselling and psychotherapy are a way of gaining insight into the difficulties people face in their lives. Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to help find solutions to problems and to begin living  a life with more clarity and meaning. Through the exploration of our feelings, thoughts, beliefs, hopes, fears, and our relationships  we gain more awareness of ourselves and others and of the various possibilities and choices we may have in our current circumstances, which allow us to consider changes in our behaviour.
